I'm curious.. what are your goals for health and fitness? What are you working for to improve your health in the future?
Here are my goals, short term and long term:
Short term: 14 minute mile on the elliptical
Slightly long term: 11 minute mile without a machine (this will require finding a place to run outside this summer)
Long term: Being fit enough to run/jog a marathon (instead of just walking one)
